This week it's chocolate.

Thanksgiving: Made another sweet potato cake but topped it with ginger & cinnamon homemade whipped cream. I think the whipped cream was better than the cake. The one topped with marshmallows was waaaaay better. Oh well, things can't be perfect every time. Thank you to those who enjoyed it. :)

I thought I wouldn't have time for a cake this week, but I've never done a chocolate cheesecake, so it's the perfect week for it.

Dark chocolate would be good, but I'll go with what I have in my kitchen. Milk chocolate topped with melted white chocolate for color contrast.

Can't wait to have cheesecake for breakfast again :)
