Looks like that last time I posted was November...wow. Since then, we bought a house, turned another year older and started to really live our lives in Colorado. So, you could say we've been a little busy. I've perfected my basic cheesecake and have served it to many great friends and family. It's insanely good and I've been really picky about the taste, texture and how it looks as it settles. Can't wait to get rolling on more baking & sharing.
