Sweet Potato

Here is the Sweet Potato topped with browned marshmallows.

I had a piece for breakfast this morning....really good. Small hints of brown sugar and yams. I think topping it with some homemade ginger or cinnamon whipped cream would make it even better. 

I'm absolutely going to make this for Thanksgiving. :)

Apple Pie

Apple Pie Cheesecake went well.
I noticed I didn't cook the middle well enough.... bummer, everything tasted wonderful though.
He even looks like PAC-MAN!!!! :)

Next on the list...Sweet Potato topped with browned marshmallows. 

This S**t just got real

So starting tomorrow I will be baking a cheesecake weekly (Holidays will be the exception).
In request of my wonderful student worker I will start off by baking the Apple Crumb Pie. 

Next week it will be Sweet Potato.

So for those who love cheesecake and want to add a couple calories to your diet, come and grab a slice and enjoy.

Pumpkin Chocolate chip
-Graham cracker curst
-Plain filling with chocolate chips
-Topped with pumpkin pie and milk chocolate shavings

Pecan Caramel
-Graham cracker w/chopped pecans for crust
-nutmeg & ginger filling
-topped with chopped pecan and caramel sauce

Cranberry Pear w/sweet stuffing
-Sweet stuffing crust or gingersnap cookie crust
-Plan filling
-Topped with cranberries w/sauce & thin sliced pears sprinkled with dried ginger & brown sugar.

Sweet Potato
-Graham cracker curst
-Sweet potato filling
-topped with browned marshmallows
